Two Headed Cow Riso Print, Ash Rudolph

A riso-printed commemorative print of the two headed cow wood burning! This riso print is made with two colors, Sunflower Yellow and Hunter Green. 8.5x11 Inches. This is a scan of a created woodburning project I did in 2020, based on the beautiful poem by Laura Gilpin: 

Tomorrow when the farm boys find this freak of nature, they will wrap his body in newspaper and carry him to the museum. But tonight he is alive and in the north field with his mother. It is a perfect summer evening: the moon rising over the orchard, the wind in the grass. And as he stars into in the sky, there are twice as many stars as usual.
